FRANCINE BUSBY is running
for US Congress in California's 50th Congressional District.
Throughout the summer the campaign will be engaged in
an active voter contact program throughout the district
which stretches from Carlsbad and Escondido in the North
to La Jolla and Clairemont in the South.
